Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery. After 14 days, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition it was received, and in its original packaging.

  • Receipts: Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase when making a return.

  • Non-refundable Items: Gift cards and products purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom and personalized products (including laser-engraved jewelry, tumblers, boards, and any item made to order) are final sale. Due to the nature of personalized products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.

We do not offer exchanges or store credit for purchases made using Klarna.

For purchases made using other payment methods, exchanges may be accepted under certain conditions. Please contact us within the return window to discuss your request.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, and you would like to return it, the value of the product will be refunded to you in the form of a Gemerald Accessories gift card.

Our refund processing time (5-10 business days) and that refunds are made to the original payment method. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
